Welcome to the Youth Entrepreneur Summit (Y.E.S.) – an innovative summer camp where young minds transform into tomorrow's business leaders. Y.E.S. is more than a camp; it's an experience that fosters your teen's entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, and communication skills.
Our Vision: To unlock the full potential of our youth to create, innovate, and lead. To become the leaders of tomorrow, we have to learn who we are today and grow consistently. We believe entrepreneurship and business are the fastest paths to learning who we are.

Y.E.S. provides a unique blend of education, hands-on experience, and mentorship designed to equip your child with the skills they need to succeed in their entrepreneurial endeavors.

Immersive Curriculum:
Immersion learning will occur through a series of fun activities that will foster problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills. After a challenge is completed, the youth will have the opportunity to debrief and share what they've learned.

Shark Tank-Inspired Finale:
Participants will have the opportunity to pitch their business ideas and create a business plan. Those that stand out will go to the final pitch round with entrepreneurs who will award prizes and/or provide mentorship, or funding for an actual launch.

Expert Mentorship:
We will have speakers and facilitators who are active and successful entrepreneurs. Our team comprises industry veterans who provide insights, guidance, and support, ensuring a rich learning environment.

Whether or not your child is destined to become an entrepreneur, the skills learned at Y.E.S. can be applied to any career or life situation. And, it's for teens who like to have FUN!

ALLAN FAN
ENTREPRENEUR, INVESTOR, & EDUCATOR
Allan Fan is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and accomplished real estate investor. His strategic vision has enabled him to build and oversee a thriving multi-million-dollar portfolio of properties. Allan has also been instrumental in helping family and friends achieve financial freedom through passive income generated by real estate investments.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Allan has embraced a senior leadership role within the Tony Robbins community. Over nearly a decade, he has committed himself to personal growth and has volunteered extensively with the Tony Robbins Foundation, empowering teens to develop into influential leaders.
MICHAEL QUAN
ENTREPRENEUR, SPEAKER, & AUTHOR
Michael is an award-winning entrepreneur with a proven track record of starting, acquiring, and selling businesses. By the age of 36, he achieved financial freedom and retired early from the traditional 9-to-5 path to prioritize time with his family. Today, he dedicates his energy to speaking, coaching, and empowering individuals seeking guidance.
Michael is also the international best-selling author of The F.I.R.E. Planner (Simon & Schuster, 2021). His expertise has been featured on Good Morning America, Business Insider, and MarketWatch. Passionate about inspiring the next generation, Michael has spent over a decade volunteering as a youth coach and mentor.

How much does it cost?
The program fee is $399 USD for individual participants or $699 USD for two participants.
Each registration includes admission to the event, program materials, and lunch.

What are the camp rules?
We expect all program participants, including campers and staff, to demonstrate kindness and respect towards others. Dangerous behaviors and physical aggression are strictly prohibited. Additionally, any unescorted departures from the group will be taken seriously, necessitating a discussion with a legal guardian.
Our team employs positive behavior management strategies. However, should a camper not respond to these methods, we will contact a parent or legal guardian for assistance. Persistent challenges may result in the camper's removal from the program, and please be aware that program fees are non-refundable in such cases.
We emphasize the following general rules for all campers:
- Show kindness to people and property.
- Prioritize safety for yourself and others.
- Enjoy yourself and contribute to a fun environment for everyone.
How long does the camp last? What are the hours?
The camp will take place from June 23 - June 26.
Each day the camp will take place from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.
*You may drop your teen off as early as 8:15 am.
** All teens must be picked up no later than 4:30 pm.
Will lunch be included?
Lunch will be provided daily for the participants.
We will do our best to accommodate major food preferences.
However, if your teen has strict dietary restrictions and/or needs, please have them bring their lunch with them daily.
Who can attend?
The ideal participants will be teens (ages 13 - 18) who are eager to learn about business, solve problems, and learn how to communicate with others.
No experience is required, but a positive attitude will go a long way to helping the participant succeed.
Where is the camp located?
All activities will take place at Discovery Childrens Museum - Discovery Hall near downtown Las Vegas.
Additionally, these details will be emailed to participants prior to the event.
What topics and skills will be covered?
Y.E.S. will cover a wide array of business topics and ideas including, but not limited to:
- Business planning
- Identifying a marketable idea
- How to pitch an idea
- Financial fundamentals for business
- Business communications
- Building teams
- And much more!!
What is the cell phone policy?
Participants are welcome to bring their cell phones to the event. However, we request that they stow them away during certain lessons and activities to ensure full engagement.
Conversely, there will be times when the use of cell phones is encouraged, as it is vital for aspiring entrepreneurs to learn how to effectively utilize all available resources.
What networking opportunities will there be?
Business is best as a team sport.
So, there will be ample opportunity to connect with each other as well as with speakers and local entrepreneurs.
What should the partipants wear to camp?
Participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes on most days.
If your teen is selected as a finalist to pitch their idea on the final day, consider having them dress in business casual attire.
Will my teen participant be safe?
With decades of combined experience in managing teen camps and programs, our team prioritizes safety above all.
We ensure that all our volunteers undergo rigorous background checks to maintain a secure environment.
Our activities are hosted at a well-maintained campus, equipped with clean facilities and adequate restrooms.

Where should I stay?
**Accommodations**
If you're visiting from out of town, consider finding accommodations within, or nearby, the downtown Las Vegas area.
Downtown offers a wide range of hotels and is home to many of the city's tourist attractions, making it a convenient and exciting place to stay.
**Transportation**
Getting to the summit venue is straightforward:
- *Uber*: From Downtown Las Vegas, the venue is about a 5-minute drive.
- *Parking*: If you’re driving your own car, parking at the venue is free within their parking structure.
- *Metro*: Public transportation is also an option. The metro ride from Downtown takes about 10 minutes.
- Walking: A 15-minute walk from most downtown hotels to the venue

What do I need to do once registered?
